When you cancel: • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period • You will continue to have access to premium content until your subscription expires • No further charges will be made after cancellation • Your account will revert to a free account after the subscription period ends

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access provided upon subscription: • Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated • Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase • Refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods • If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact support

5. Plan Changes

When upgrading or downgrading your subscription: • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle • No refunds are provided for downgrades during an active billing period
